Uganda Trip

Ngoma had the opportunity to send seven volunteers to Uganda last month. Our volunteers had the opportunity to visit Kisa Academy where we recently helped fund the construction of two buildings. Kisa Academy is home for 75 orphans and offers schooling for over 75 students from the village. Our volunteers had the opportunity to meet the staff and distribute clothing to the children from their generous sponsors.

A few months ago we had the privilege of building a home for a family of five. Our team visited the family and dedicated the home to the Lord during their trip. With most families living on just $1 a day in the Rakai District, medical care and food is scarce. During the trip our team provided a medical clinic for over 300 people and provided food for over 300 families. We are thankful to God for the opportunities he provided for our team to serve in Uganda and look forward to the ways He will use Ngoma in the future!
